Mark runs an innovative company recruiting and training Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Pilots here in the Thames Valley. He is in the process of building an Aquaponics farm system that combines conventional aquaculture (raising aquatic animals such as snails, fish, crayfish or prawns in tanks) with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) in a symbiotic environment.
Harminder is an EMEA Finance Business Partner at Oracle Corporation with 17 years service. She is a qualified Accountancy fellow of the ACCA and has therefore kept a tight leash on the TEDxReading budget. In the little spare time, she gets she is also a Scout Leader, loves kayaking and has 3 Aylesbury ducks, Errol and Audrey.
I’ve been a graphic designer for 13 years. I mainly design for print but can do a fair amount in digital as well. Its been great helping out with what I can for this TEDx event. My hobbies include listening to music, Djing, cycling and running.

As a clinician turned service manager Natalie enjoys expanding her knowledge on business and medical advances, particularly in mobile health and application of tech innovations to improve service efficiency. Natalie spends her spare time creating and performing dance, practicing Yoga and trying new adventurous outdoor activities. Alongside her work an hobbies Natalie enjoys volunteering for several NGOs and start up companies to promote health and well-being across the globe.
